Energy leaves a trail, just like we leave footprints. These markers of what has been, stay and embed themselves in the surroundings.
People who are trying to quit smoking will tell you that the urge to smoke again is the strongest in the location where they habitually smoked.
Usually, we think of that as, the memory of smoking there, is really strong, and it is. However the memory of smoking there is really strong, because of the trail of energy left behind. Just like the smell of smoke lingers, so too, does the thought processes of how wonderful it feels to smoke.
This is true for any habitual activity, such as: overeating, sugar addiction, watching TV, playing video games. The list is endless.
When you have a location in your house where you habitually do anything. It is a good idea to clean that area with the intention of removing the energy that is lingering there.
Use fragrance, incense, candles, or a crystal. You can even put a glass jar of water under a couch or a chair, with the intention that it absorbs the old patterns of habitual energy.
Take a glass jar, wash it and clean it. Fill it with fresh water. Before putting the cap on it state loudly and firmly. (In your mind if you need the privacy) “I am intending to charge this water with the job of cleansing my area of old habitual energy. I ask that this water magnetize the dense, stagnant energy, filter and purify it, and release back into the atmosphere vibrant, active, creative energy!”
(If you enjoy praying, prayer will even make it stronger.)
Look around your house or office, do you have a location with clutter that you have been putting off sorting. Do the same thing. Intend for the energy to clear and spray room freshener, through the area. It is beneficial also to move or remove, 3 or 4 items to start the energy moving. Do this for a few days... Just move a couple of items and state your intention. “I am intending to remove the energy pattern of chaos.” (Clutter, disorganized, uninspired, overwhelmed, bored.) You pick the emotion that feels stuck. “And transmute that energy into inspired, creative energy!”
If you are in the habit of sitting in your car and worrying about your problems. You would do well to clear the energy of your car as well.
Be aware that thoughts are energy, and they are magnetic. If you are a habitual worrier, notice if you are prone to worrying more, in certain locations. The energy of worry clings to the area, like a spider's web waiting to trap its next prey. Stop yourself. Yell “NEGATIVE OUT!” and do something to clear the energy around you. Light a candle, spray some perfume, bring in some flowers or make a jar of water. You can also decorate the area with inspiring art.
If you have a habit of doing anything that you wish to no longer habitually do... Start by clearing the energy, in the locations where you most often perform the task.

Magnetizing your life!
“Life of our dreams!”
Visualizing your life the way you wish, is more than just enjoying a few moments, of amusement.
This “daydreaming” is what you can do, to purposefully create your world. It is some of the most important work you can do for yourself.
Take a look at Walt Disney, Steve Jobs, or any of the great inventors throughout history. They didn't call them Laborers... They called them "Visionaries" Because they dreamed in their minds, the possibilities! They asked themselves constantly... How do I make this better, faster, "funner"... Etc.
Make it a daily practice, to have fun in your mind and picture, the future, while asking yourself, what else could make it better, faster, or "funner"?
Many of you are already doing this. But now we
wish to add to this, a technique that will magnetize your current life
so that it accelerates you in the direction of the vision you
created.
This is called linking. We are going to assist
you to link the vision of your chosen life into the objects you
already have around you.
As an example of how to do this, let us look at your car. We are choosing a car, because almost everyone reading this has one.
Close your eyes and see the car you would choose to own, (if you
could have any car in the world.)
Get a clear vision of it. Once you really see the car, exchange the image with that of the car you currently drive. See your own car
clearly and then bring back the image of the car of your dreams.
Make the images as bright and clear as you can and switch back and
forth between the two cars.
Once you can see both cars clearly, start to imagine you are
driving your future car, make it feel real and then switch to
remembering driving your current car. Once again switch back to
your future car.
Flick the images back and forth in your mind until they are linked
solidly.
After you have done this enough times it will be impossible to
look at the old car without being reminded of the desired car in your
subconscious mind. This will strengthen your connection to your new
car and shift your conscious mind into taking the steps necessary to
bring about the arrival of the new desired car.
For those that have difficulty with visualizing, tell yourself
about your new desired car. And tell yourself when you see the old
car you will see the new car. Say it over and over in your mind
until you link them that way.
Do this with all areas of your life. See yourself working the
job of your dreams. Know what it is you want to do and imagine doing
it. Switch back and forth with the current job in your mind. See
the things in your workstation and imprint the new job into the
objects around you. Use them as tools to remind and focus your
attention on what it is that you want.
Start right now and take a couple of minutes to sit in a quiet place and create in your mind, “The life of your dreams.” What kind of house would you like to own? What kind of car would love to drive? Imagine for a minute making your living by doing something that is fun and exciting to you. Let your mind wander over the possibilities. Take a few minutes to really do this.
Start creating the life of your dreams. Today!

Entertainment Value
You are, where you are in life because it is where you have seen yourself headed.
Okay, maybe you did not specifically wish to go there, but you are there now because it was the direction your focus took you.
We have all heard the saying, “What you think about, you bring about.” So we think about where we wish to go and we get this nice warm feeling. We are not talking about THAT kind of thinking in this case. We are talking about the rest of the time. The things you focus on when you are not focusing on your goals.
Let's think about entertainment: TV shows, Movies, seemingly meaningless banter between friends. The news, gossip, meetings, discussions, and in particularly Facebook posts.
These inputs of information all build up in energy and have either a positive effect on your life or an adverse effect. Let's look at these like you would look at your bank account. You have deposits and withdrawals. Each entertainment that you put your attention into, has an effective value to it. Some of the values are increasing your energy and some of them are depleting your supply.
Just like activities in your life increase the surplus in your bank account while others make withdrawals. Such as: Working at your job increases your funds while going out shopping decreases it.
Let's take a look at how you will know if an entertainment is increasing your supply or decreasing it. As you are enjoying reading through your friend's Facebook posts. Notice if the post left you feeling inspired or agitated? Uplifted or let down?
If you notice that you have a friend whose posts are always about things that are pulling from your supply... Send that person a blessing and ask for their focus to be changed to one of appreciation. Then use the filters provided by Facebook and stop following that friend's posts.
If the post itself is an upsetting topic, send a blessing again to the topic and hide the post from your timeline. If you feel it is important to pass on this information. Write a short blessing for the situation and send that on.
Let the awareness of what is happening remind you of what you want to see happen and that you wish to fill your account to overflowing.
Do this with all of life. When you are watching a movie notice if it is making you feel uncomfortable and bless the situation in the movie. You can either stop watching or keep blessing your way through the film.
Use your entertainment to enrich your life and add supply to your life force energy.
Behind The Scene
Our thoughts and feelings are affected by stimulation that many people view as unimportant. It is thought that TV and Movies do not affect the outcomes in life because the situations are not real. But take a deeper look at what is going on behind the scene.
Let’s go back to the idea of the bank account. You wish to purchase a new couch. The couch costs $800.00. You need $200 more to purchase the couch. You fully understand the concept that spending your money elsewhere is not going to help you purchase a couch.

Now let’s merge this idea that the price of the couch translates to units of wholeness. (Feeling whole and well and complete.)
So let's say instead of money you need 800 units of wholeness to bring yourself into alignment with your new couch. You sit down on your old couch and turn on the TV for a little entertainment. You think the movie (a romantic comedy) you are about to watch will be fun for a couple of hours to get your mind off of your problems.
Somewhere in the love story, something goes terribly wrong between the happy couple. In the twist to the plot, someone cheats or get’s hurt or they both get swindled. It is the writer of the movie's job to grab you emotionally at this point and make you NEED to watch the movie to the end to see what happens.
This twist if it is strong enough can cost you several units of wholeness. If the event in the movie somehow parallels things that you have emotional attachments to in your real life, Then it will cost you considerably more because your own memories begin to play.
This movie just left you feeling empty and sad or hurt on a level that you were not feeling before you watched it.

We are asking you to recognize that you just spent some of your units of wholeness and you were not even aware that it happened. You walk away thinking… “Thank goodness it was just a movie because that really sucked.” But then you keep replaying the tragic scenes over and over in your head. (Each replay costs you) Then you begin noticing how they parallel your own thoughts and events in your own life. Before you know it you have been pulled farther and farther into the bottom of your bank account as you feel less and less complete.
This was done outside of the wishes of the conscious mind. It was done by resonance and harmonic conversion. If you find yourself feeling things that are not in alignment with the direction you wish to be going... Bless them! Ask your own heart to assist you, ask yourself what you could do in this moment that would begin to heal the unhealed wounds within yourself. Right now could be the perfect time for you to make peace with the unseen past.
